Welcome to H-STEM

The world of engineering offers a massive range of truly rewarding careers, and H-STEM is working with schools and colleges throughout Norfolk to help students understand what exciting opportunities it can offer them.

The organisation was set up in 2008 to raise the profile of engineering and help bridge a skills gap by encouraging more young people to consider a career in the industry. H-STEM has taken the message to thousands of students in the county.

H-STEM has a key focus on raising aspirations, increasing attainment and inspiring the minds of young people towards engineering through the means of practical based activities and curriculum development.

filling the skills gap, promoting engineering careers, creating local opportunities
